Ordering & Delivery
Do you deliver?
Yes! I’m located in Long Beach, CA and deliver within a 3-mile radius of my location. I can also meet you at a designated location around Long Beach. Delivery outside that radius can be arranged for a delivery fee. To find out if you’re within our delivery area or to set up a delivery, please email sweetestsmilescookies@gmail.com.
Do you offer local pick up?
Yes! I'm happy to meet you at a local business for a hand off of your order. I do not provide my actual address for pick ups.
What are your hours?
I don't have set hours of operation. I try to bake orders as close to the delivery or shipping date as possible. I check for orders throughout the day and will respond as soon as I can.
What happens once I place an order?
I receive an email notifying me that you've placed an order. I'll email you back to confirm and ask any follow-up questions to make sure everything is correct. Once all the information is gathered and confirmed, your order is put in my database, supplies are secured, and the fun begins!
Gift Certificates
Do you offer gift certificates?
I do! Email sweetestsmilescookies@gmail.com to inquire. I can send one to the recipient via USPS or electronically through email.
What can a gift certificate be used for?
A Sweetest Smiles gift certificate can be used for any item on the website, including delivery or shipping. If the cost goes over the amount of the gift certificate, the remainder can be paid with PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, Cash App, or Apple Pay.
Ingredients & Freshness
Where can I find ingredient information?
All of my goodies come with 3 labels: my logo, the name of the item, and the ingredients list. If you have any questions prior to placing an order, please email sweetestsmilescookies@gmail.com.
What is your allergen information?
My products are produced in a kitchen that handles peanuts, tree nuts, eggs, milk, soy, chocolate, and wheat.
How long do your products stay fresh?
I don't use added freshness preservatives and only use the freshest ingredients available. Most items are individually packaged and are best within 3 to 4 days from the original bake day. They freeze very well — when you're ready to enjoy them, take them out of the freezer and allow them to come to room temperature.

What forms of payment do you accept?
I accept cash, PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, Cash App, and Apple Pay.
