Sweetest Smiles is a small home bakery in Long Beach, California. By using this website or submitting an order request, you agree to these terms. They are written plainly because the operation is small and informal - please read them before ordering.
Orders are requests, not guarantees
Submitting an order form is a request, not a confirmed order. We bake in small batches and our availability varies. Your order is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation email from us. If we are unable to fulfill your request, we will let you know by email.
Payment
This website does not process payments. Payment details - amount, method, and timing - are arranged directly between us after your order is confirmed by email. No payment is collected through this site.
Handmade products
All of our cookies and treats are made by hand in small batches. Appearance may vary slightly from photos on the site - that is part of what makes them handmade. We use common baking ingredients including wheat, eggs, dairy, nuts, and soy. Our kitchen is not allergen-free. If you or someone in your household has a food allergy or dietary restriction, please tell us in your order notes so we can discuss whether we can safely accommodate your request.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us at sweetestsmilescookies@gmail.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate changes before we begin baking. Once baking has begun, we may not be able to cancel or modify the order.
Limitation of liability
Sweetest Smiles is a home-based, informal operation. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any issue with an order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
